As an alumnus at Cyprus High School in Magna, UT, Michaela Scott graduated with honors in 2014. She was a part of many leadership groups while in high school, including Future Business Leaders of America, and the school’s student government. After graduating, she went to SUU for two semesters to study elementary education. One of those semesters she was also a part of the Community Attaches; a group of leaders who give prospective students a tour the resident halls on campus. Since then, she has moved back home after she realized a degree in education just wasn’t the right fit. She knew she wanted to express her creativity, but she wasn’t sure where she would take it. When she heard about The Empowered Professional, she was more than willing to jump at the opportunity to find some answers. And now, as an intern, she is excited to turn that creativity into something real and work hard and learn more about marketing and graphic design!
