In conclusion, what we do and how we do it on a consistent and regular basis will make or break our level of confidence in our abilities to create our ideal life. The above is simply an outline and far from an all-inclusive, detailed list, however hopefully it gives you an outline of areas to start building on. Remember this will be an ongoing process and there is no perfect way, it is about finding what makes you feel good about being you and the more you practice the more these things will be part of who you are and less of something you need to think about, hence the previous statement about confidence being an inner knowing. It is up to YOU to fill your own “cup” up each day, not anyone else’s. You may have noticed a theme that the more we give ourselves and improve our own confidence the more we can give and do for others. In the words of Gandhi, “You must be the change you want to see in the world”. If you change yourself, you will change your world. If you change how you think then you will change how you feel and what actions, you take. And so the world around you will change. Not only because you are now viewing your environment through new lenses of thoughts and emotions but also because the change within can allow you to take action in ways you would not have even thought about, while stuck in your old thought patterns. Now, just think what YOU can do in this world to make a difference when YOU are in a consistent state of feeling certain about the truth of something and YOU have a feeling of self-assurance arising from your appreciation of your own abilities and qualities!
